Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions and your consumer rights.
Important Information
- Products must be in a resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging with labels attached.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and process your refund.
- Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.
- We are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Unless the product is faulty, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the product(s) in the same condition in which you received them, including any documentation and the original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us unless we delivered the items to you in error or the products are faulty.
