Mild soap and water can be used for cleaning but take care not to use excess water as this may damage the finish.Always wipe with the grain taking extra precaution over the heavy textured surfaces which may on occasion splinter.Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as these may damage the wood.Avoid placing wet items directly on to the surface. Use coasters and mats for protection. Clean up spills immediately to prevent damage from liquids or staining. Soak up spills with a dry paper cloth. Oil must wiped off immediately. Wipe with a damp lint free cloth and dry with a soft cloth.Indoor use only.
